Why is this necessary?

Ticket fees are absurd. Most platforms are charging absurd amounts to make a few people very rich.

Most DIY and small-time venues/promoters do not benefit from any of this.

Chilluminati wants to offer a simple website for small event promoters to be able to sell limited tickets online for their shows and other events. More money for bands and the people who work hard to give them spaces to play. A little money for us to keep doing this. No money for the greedy.

BUYER QUESTIONS

How much are your processing fees? And where does that money go?

Chilluminati Tickets adds on a fee of $3 + 5%. These are minimal costs added to cover credit card processing fees, web store development, server hosting, software licenses, and support. This may go up in the future, but we will try to keep these fees low while supporting a sustainable business.

Promoters may also add their own fees to tickets – these should be listed in the event description.

I can’t find the email with my tickets. Where can I download them again?

Click My Account in the navigation and navigate to Orders.

Scroll below the order details and you will see a PDF ticket or option to add to your mobile wallet, if supported.

Something went wrong at an event. Who do I contact?

Chilluminati Tickets is ONLY the platform used to sell tickets. We are NOT connected to the events themselves.

Seller accounts are currently available on an invite-only basis.
